Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, contact our support team with your Order ID.
Return Policy
We follow a No Return Policy. However, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
Replacement Policy
- Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- To request a replacement, customers must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Replacement will be processed after verification.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns/replacements in the following situations:
- Change of mind
- Used or installed products
- Physical damage after delivery
- Products without original packaging
Refund Policy
- Since we follow a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not applicable.
- In case a replacement is not available, a refund may be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
- Keep the product in original condition until the issue is resolved.
- Claims without proper proof (images/video) may not be accepted.
- The company reserves the right to reject invalid claims.
