Job Description

Role Overview

The role is responsible for driving sales through channel partners (dealers/distributors) in the assigned territory. The candidate must have strong experience in the LV switchgear industry with proven capability in developing channel networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
  • Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plan.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, electricians, contractors, and panel builders.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure product visibility, branding, and promotional activities in the market.
  • Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion to orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, dispatch, operations) for smooth order execution.
  • Manage collections and ensure adherence to credit policies.
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline tracking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Sales from LV Switchgear industry (mandatory).
  • Strong network with dealers, distributors, and panel builders in the assigned region.
  • Good understanding of products like MCB, Isolators, Changeovers, DBs, etc.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in assigned territory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Role Overview

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality across incoming materials, in-process production, and final inspection stages. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving capability, and hands-on experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, SOPs, and inspection plans.
  • Handle customer complaints and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO and internal QMS requirements.
  • Conduct vendor quality audits and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor rejection levels and implement measures to reduce defects and rework.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
